We made this top last year, we just made it slightly longer and added the little ties to adjust at the bust!!
This blouse is inspired by a vintage bodice that belonged to my ancestors — I can’t say exactly whose it was, but I know my mom gave it to me, and it had been given to her by her own mom.
One of those old bodices: loose, made of batiste, romantic, with subtle embroidery but a lot of craftsmanship, finished with delicate lace.
I loved its pattern, its delicacy, and I thought — why not wear them again, but as blouses?
So we made them so we can wear them now!
A fresh, romantic blouse with tiny pleats at the neckline and armholes.
Composition: 100% cotton
Please note: Caro and Isa are wearing size 1, but afterwards we decided to make the top 5 cm longer in the torso. Here are the final measurements:
